Our second article is from February 14th, 2020, in The Daily Times. The title of the article is, “Three seeds to add to your kitchen repertoire”. The article basically wants to inform readers that just because seeds like cummin seeds, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds aren’t mentioned in the ingredients , that doesn’t mean you can’t add them for flavor. The article ends by explanation how to take care of the seeds, and the benefits of eating them.
